What are your office hours?
The office hours at Cypress Creek are
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; and
8:00am - 4:00pm on Friday;
closed from 12:30pm-2:00pm for lunch .
The office hours at Avery Ranch are
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and
8:00am - 4:00pm on Friday;
closed from 12:00pm - 1:30pm for lunch .
The office hours at Liberty Hill are
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7:30am - 6:00pm;
closed from 11:30am-1:30pm for lunch;

Will you file my insurance claim?
We will provide insurance claim filing for the insurance plans that we participate in. If there is a balance due after payment is rendered by the insurance company, we will expect your prompt payment of that balance.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please call the office 24 hours in advance to cancel appointments. Failing to do so could result in a $25.00 charge, for which you are responsible, since insurance will not cover this assessment.
