About
Rachel Woolley, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who is passionate about healthcare education. She believes all of her patients should understand their acute and chronic conditions, as well as treatments and medications. Rachel is also respectful of patients' personal preferences and lifestyles, and collaborates with both the patient and specialists to provide the best possible care.
Rachel provides wellness exams, sports physicals and treatment of illnesses for all ages. She also provides annual physical exams, well women exams, acute sick visits, chronic illness care, nutrition/obesity counseling and testosterone monitoring and replacement therapy. She offers routine skin biopsy/cancer evaluation, cyst removal, abscess incision and drainage, small foreign body removal and wart cryotherapy in-office.
Rachel received her nursing education at the University of Texas at Austin, where she also received a Master of Science in nursing. She then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
